IT Manager Thames Valley
The IT manager will have at least 2 to 3 years IT or Projects or Business Management experience as you will take full responsibility to manage the IT operation for a professional services company whose IT function is currently outsourced. Currently over 150 users spread across sites in the South and South East, it is ESSENTIAL that you can demonstrate a record of identifying, implementing and managing an IT budget, IT suppliers, Support calls, Development requests, Project Management, and any IT work performed in house. You will need to liaise with and support the internal user base to ensure satisfied users and collation of ideas*requirements to ensure that Information Technology is seen as adding value to the business. Identify and analyze business requirements, evaluate relevant IT products and services in the market and proactively recommend IT solutions and make a business case to the Board. Manage approved projects through to successful implementation.
Experience of working in a Professional Services Organisation would be a major benefit, however a proved recorded of IT project or Business Management will be considrerd along with a professional and personable with a ?can do? attitude.
Based Thames Valley Reading Berkshire. Salary guideline circa £38k to £45k depending on experience
